Pro Blitz Football is Real Football Against the Clock between two teams of N = 5..11 players who, under the guidance of Coaches, take turns attacking each other’s goal within the assigned Attack Time Reserve (ATR) in groups of 1 to 4-5 forwards and defending their own goal with a goalkeeper OR with a goalkeeper and groups of defenders.
The game name includes the NonN designation. Example: PRO BLITZ FOOTBALL 11ON11.
The game is played in Free Style or Round Style mode.
A game in Free Style differs from Basic Blitz Football as follows: — a field player has the status Active or Reserve — at the start of the game, all players have Active status — before each next attack: – the attacking team forms a group of forwards from K active players (K=1..4 if N<11, K=1..5 if N=11) —- if the team has no active players, all reserve players receive active-player status – in a game with defenders, the opposing team similarly forms a group of defenders from K-1 active players — during the attack: the group of forwards attacks the opponents’ goal, defended by the goalkeeper (in a game with defenders, also by the group of defenders when K>1) — after the attack: – the forward who last touched the ball leaves the game – the other forwards (if any) receive Reserve status – if the attacking team has no field players OR its ATR is not sufficient for a new attack (ATR —- if the opposing team also has no right to attack, the game is over – if the game is not over, proceed to the next attack.
A game in Round Style differs from Free Style as follows: — the game is played in rounds — a player’s status changes from Reserve to Active only at the start of a new round — in the first round, the size of the forward group is selected from the Set of Available Group Sizes (SAGS) assigned to each team, and the selected size is removed from SAGS — a round ends when each team has selected all sizes from its SAGS — in the next round, the initial SAGS from the previous round is used, with each size reduced by 1; zeros and excessive sizes are removed (except for SAGS={5 4 3 2 1} in an 11ON11 game) — an empty initial SAGS means the team loses the right to attack even if ATR has not been exhausted — when both teams lose the right to attack, the game ends.
The team that scores more goals wins; if goals are equal, the team with the shorter scoring attack time wins.
Coach’s functions: — forming a group of forwards (defenders) for each attack (goal defense) — if necessary, giving a signal to end the team’s own attack.
Pro Blitz Football is controlled by the referee and Referee Terminal. RT manages timers, provides the referee with information about active and reserve players, gives instructions for controlling how coaches form groups of forwards and defenders, gives whistles for the start and end of attacks and of the game, displays game states on the scoreboard, determines the winner, and keeps the Game History.
